HLD EUROPE is the majority shareholder of the RAFAUT group (60%) alongside ACE Management and Jacques RAFAUT, both of which remain shareholders in minority proportions.

The ambition of HLD Europe is to support the company in a new phase of its growth by helping it to become a leading European player in mission equipment and transport systems, to broaden its range of skills and to make targeted acquisitions in both the civilian and military sectors.
